Impact began in 1995 when the founders, Don King and Todd Feltman, began brokering Professional Employer Services (PEO) for a national company. In 1998, the national PEO sold its interest. Impact would not allow these obstacles to affect the professional and associate relationships previously established in the state of Georgia, so in 2001 Impact Outsourcing Solutions was formed. The company has developed into a full-service human capital management firm offering unique solutions that drive substantial return on investment for the clients we serve.

Don and Todd have over 46 years of combined experience in the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Professional Employer Services industry. One of the founding principles behind Impact is to deliver face-to-face customer service to all clients and associates whom we serve. Each client, regardless of location, is assigned an individual account manager, an on-site supervisor—or in many cases both—to assist with their unique business processes.

Our goal is not to become the largest outsourced human resources company in the country, but to become a premier solutions provider built on a solid foundation of integrity, personalized service, innovation, quality, and trust.
