About Our Principals

Don G. King
Chief Executive Officer

In 2001, Don co-founded Impact Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. to meet the dynamic needs of a then volatile economy. The U.S. workforce was experiencing hardships, many jobs were displaced, and small to medium size business had a low survival rate. His mission was to partner with companies to reduce overhead while simultaneously providing a better quality of life for associates through pay increases and benefit options. Don continues to serve as the Chief Executive Officer at the corporate office in Metro Atlanta.

Don began his career with Express Employment Professionals in 1986 when his mother and father opened the thirty sixth, Express Personnel Services office in Jacksonville, FL. After Don’s father Clyde passed away unexpectedly, Don ran the office for three years, sold his interest, and moved with his wife Emily to Griffin, GA.

Together, they opened Express Employment Professionals one hundred and thirty-fourth office in Griffin, GA on February 7, 1990. They have grown their operation to four Express Employment Professional offices surrounding the Southern Crescent of Atlanta Georgia. The offices are in Griffin, Thomaston, LaGrange, and McDonough.

Don’s operation has consistently ranked in the top tier of producing owners within the 530-office Express system, ranking number one in single-territory production, and third in overall production. Don became a regional developer for the state of Georgia for Express Employment Professionals and now assists others in realizing the dream of owning their own business.

He is an active and supportive member of the local community. He is a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church and serves as a member of  Rotary International, as well as on the boards of the Salvation Army and Southern Crescent Technical College. First and foremost, Don values family. He and his wife Emily, enjoy life together with their children Graham, MacKenzie, and Madison; their dogs are valued members of the family, too.
