Don G. King
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. King has served as Chief Executive Officer since he co-founded the Company in October, 2001. In February, 1990, Mr. King, along with his wife Emily King, opened an Express Employment Professionals franchise in Griffin, Georgia. Together, they quickly grew that business to five operating locations in the Southern Crescent of Atlanta, Georgia. Over the years, Mr. King’s operation has consistently ranked in the top tier of producing owners and in 2004 was ranked number one for a single territory production and third overall in production within a system of over 600 offices. With that, Mr. King became a Regional Developer for the State of Georgia and Southeast Zone. Before these monumental endeavors, Mr. King began his Personnel/Human Resources career in 1986 working with and later operating his parents business. Mr. King is very supportive and active in his community. Mr. King is a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church, serves on the board of the Salvation Army as well as Griffin Technical College and is an active member of Rotary International. The value of family is first and foremost with Mr. King. Don and Emily King celebrate their life with their children Graham, MacKenzie, Madison and their dogs.
D. Todd Feltman
President
Mr. Feltman has served as President since he co-founded the Company in October, 2001. Mr. Feltman has an inclusive background in the Human Resources/Contingent Workforce industry. In 1993, Mr. Feltman began his career with Express Employment Professionals, a Staffing Service/Human Resource company. Mr. Feltman’s achievements include On-site Supervisor, Personnel Supervisor, Office Manager and Manager of Office Development. Later becoming Managing Partner and Vice President of The SSI Group, Mr. Feltman developed operations and introduced new services to expanding markets. With these extraordinary accomplishments, his career expanded to Manager of PEO Services and eventually Co-Founder of Impact Outsourcing Solutions. Mr. Feltman has a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia. Serving as President of the Griffin Exchange Club, and Griffin Technical College Foundation Board member, Mr. Feltman is heavily involved in fundraising and advancement in the community. In addition to be a community leader, Mr. Feltman is a former member of Vistage, the world's largest CEO membership organization. Todd Feltman resides in the Griffin community with his son Connor.
