Typically, Long-Term Payrolling Services can be provided one of the following ways:

• The customer recruits the employees and contracts with the workforce management firm, Impact Outsourcing Solutions, to hire and assign the employees to perform services. 

• Workers currently employed by the customer are placed on the payroll of the workforce management firm, Impact Outsourcing Solutions. 

The work is usually to be performed on an indefinite, ongoing basis – not a temporary assignment.
